I ran a food and beverage conglomerate: a steakhouse, a fast-casual traditional Bavarian restaurant, and a German-American bakery. 100+ people on the team. Deep in the operations, systems, staffing, and numbers every single day.
Over seven years, I scaled the entire conglomerate 63%, through a $1.3 million insurance loss, two serious lawsuits, and COVID. It wasn't marketing that saved it. It was fixing the infrastructure quietly killing revenue.
